This involves making a frame of black gram paste around the eyes, followed by pouring medicated ghee upon the eyes. In this treatment, two containers (made of urdh dough) are created around the eyes.

Medicated oil is poured in these two containers. Eyes are kept dipped in the pool of oil. As a result, it refreshes the optical nerves and removes wrinkles around the eyes. It is effective in improving the vision of eyes and cures eye problems naturally.
