Creative Arts Therapy

They say a picture says a thousand words but sometimes words are not enough to express what we truly think or feel. Our Creative Arts Therapy session is aimed at using it as means of communication and to explore and express true thoughts and emotions. Art and sometimes dance is used as therapy. These sessions provide an outlet and a safe space to 'pour' or rather 'paint or dance your heart out' without any judgment. There is no skill required, one is encouraged to be free to express themselves. These sessions help immensely with anxiety, stress, depression and trauma.
