Kundalini Meditation

Kundalini Meditation is a dynamic (4-part) form of meditation practice, where (unlike other meditation practices) in the first two segments, you shake and dance, fully immersed at the moment, to loosen and let all the tensed blocked energy dissolve. Next, you sit in silence and relax, to let the Kundalini* energy moves through your body. One is filled with a sense of joy and finds oneself in a state of bliss.
